SwissBN is a group based at the Physik-Institut of the University of Zurich and is a partner within the Graphene Flagship. We aim for the production of the best possible boron nitride that can be grown on surfaces at wafer scale. For this material we also develop exfoliation protocols for two-dimensional (2D) device applications [1,2].
